With her focus on serving with excellence, Tracy has grown her business over the past 10 years by helping buyers and sellers who are referred through her local, state and national REALTOR® networks.
Before real estate:
Prior to launching her real estate career in 2014, Tracy enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources. During a 6-year stint in the Direct Sales industry, she led a team of 30+ independent contractors that were building businesses. Striving to become highly skilled and a cut-above in real estate, Tracy earned her broker's license in 2018.
Because building relationships and pouring into others is her passion, Tracy joined the Women's Council of REALTORS® Phoenix network in 2016. She served as network President in 2018, followed by stints as 1st Vice President and District Vice President for Women's Council of REALTORS® Arizona. In 2022, Tracy had the privilege of becoming only the 2nd REALTOR® in Arizona to be accepted into the Women's Council of REALTORS® National Leadership Institute, where she further honed her leadership skills and served as a national presenter and a national faculty member, training new network Presidents in leadership.

Personal:
Married 30+ years to her sports-fanatic husband, and a boy-mom to 2 GenZers, Tracy can hold her own during a round of sports trivia or gaming. When not serving her family, she is devoted to working with her church's Student ministry, mentoring teenage girls to become Christ-centered Difference Makers and leading an adult Womens' Bible Study group.
In her downtime, you will likely find her playing on a beautiful Arizona golf course or teaming-up with her BFF for a game of Pickleball.
